Rebates and incentives are financial incentives offered by governments and utility companies to encourage homeowners to invest in green energy equipment. These incentives can include tax credits, cash rebates, and low-interest loans.

Smart home automation systems can help homeowners reduce their energy consumption by automatically adjusting lighting, temperature, and other settings based on occupancy and other factors. For example, a smart thermostat can adjust the temperature based on the time of day and whether anyone is home, while smart lighting can turn off when a room is empty.
